Current approach
The public site and portals use responsive layouts, visible focus states, descriptive labels, skip links, reduced-motion considerations and semantic HTML. Accessibility is reviewed as part of each interface release.
Known limitations
Complex charts, third-party payment interfaces, uploaded documents and institution-configured identity systems may have accessibility limitations outside the core interface. Alternative formats or assistance may be available.

Continuous improvement
Accessibility feedback is logged for remediation and release planning. Independent accessibility testing remains part of the production-validation roadmap.
