This notice describes the platform’s baseline data-handling practices. Contract-specific, institution-specific and jurisdiction-specific terms may supplement it.
Information processed
Depending on how the platform is used, Amexwrite may process account identifiers, profile and credential information, project records, company-formation and founder intake, business addresses, communications, uploaded files, payment references, security events and operational telemetry.
Purposes
Information is used to authenticate users, deliver services, coordinate company filings and business infrastructure, administer projects, operate payments and payouts, protect the platform, maintain audit trails, communicate with users, comply with legal obligations and improve reliability.
Company formation
Formation applications may contain legal names, contact details, addresses, ownership-related intake and proposed business information. Sensitive application intake is encrypted at rest. Amexwrite may disclose the minimum information required to an approved filing, registered-agent, address/mail or government-processing provider to review and fulfill the customer’s request. Provider identities and systems may remain behind the Amexwrite service layer, but applicable provider categories and material processing terms are disclosed through contracts and the Trust Center.
Marketing CRM and communications
Where permitted, Amexwrite records contact lifecycle, channel-specific consent, campaign delivery, link clicks, replies and preference changes. Marketing email uses a separate delivery configuration from transactional account email. SMS and WhatsApp communication may be processed by configured messaging providers. Promotional messages are sent only when the contact is active, has permission for that channel and is not suppressed.
Analytics and device information
First-party website analytics run only after analytics consent. The platform may record page paths, call-to-action events, a short-lived session token, coarse device type, browser family and operating-system family. Internet addresses are converted to keyed hashes rather than stored as raw addresses. Campaign links can associate later consented activity with the relevant CRM contact for a limited attribution period. Email-open measurements are approximate because mail clients and privacy services may load images automatically.
Sensitive data
Users must classify and minimize sensitive data. Health information, human-subject data, confidential datasets and identity or formation records should be submitted only through the intended protected workflow and only when necessary.
Service providers
Authorized formation, registered-agent, infrastructure, email, payment, storage, identity and security providers may process limited information to deliver their contracted functions. Payment-card and connected-bank details should remain with the applicable payment provider.
Retention and access
Retention depends on account status, filing and project requirements, contractual terms, legal obligations and configured governance rules. Access is limited by role, project or application relationship and administrative authority. Administrator access to decrypted formation intake requires step-up verification and is audited.
Communication choices
Every marketing email includes a preference or unsubscribe link. SMS and WhatsApp recipients can use recognized opt-out keywords such as STOP. Channel choices do not affect transactional security, billing or service notices required to operate an account or fulfill a request.
