Company-formation services
Amexwrite provides technology-enabled filing coordination and status workflows, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Package prices are Amexwrite service fees unless expressly stated otherwise. Government filing, expedited, registered-agent, address/mail, professional and other third-party charges are itemized separately. Customers are responsible for reviewing the entity type, jurisdiction, ownership, tax and compliance implications with qualified advisers.
No guaranteed filing or third-party outcome
Company-name availability, government approval, filing or EIN timing, good-standing status, banking or payment-account approval, mail delivery and third-party service availability are not guaranteed. A quote may expire or require revision when a state or provider changes a fee or requirement before payment.
Research integrity
The platform does not permit fabricated data, purchased authorship, undisclosed ghostwriting, manipulated peer review, false credentials or instructions intended to evade academic-integrity controls.
Professional responsibility
Tools and expert support assist planning and operations but do not replace founder, investigator, clinician, billing-professional, ethics-board, legal, tax or regulatory responsibility.
Payments
Stripe, PayPal and bank workflows may be subject to provider terms, verification, currency limits, reserves, disputes and external approval. Funding records are not treated as final until the applicable payment is verified. Formation work begins only after payment and required intake are confirmed.
Uploaded content
Users must have authority to submit content and formation information and must avoid unnecessary personal or regulated information. Amexwrite may restrict, quarantine or remove content that creates security, legal or integrity risk.
Availability
Features may be changed, suspended or limited for maintenance, security, compliance, provider dependency or legal reasons. No public statement should be interpreted as a guarantee of regulatory certification, agency outcome or uninterrupted availability.
